At Quaktorxvor, we stand behind our furniture restoration work. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services.

If you are not satisfied with the restoration work performed on your furniture, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your restored piece. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments at no additional cost.

If you need to cancel a scheduled restoration service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds for furniture restoration services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our work and we are unable to resolve the issue through adjustments, we will discuss refund options with you.
